A Quick Word of Caution
Here’s the thing: high-density preheating makes cutting thick glass way faster, but it puts more stress on your conveyor supports. If you crank the wattage to the max to speed up production, just keep an eye on your support rails. You don’t want them warping under the heat. At the end of the day, we just wanted to get rid of the friction. By making the interfaces compatible, we get rid of those clunky custom adapters that usually end up being the first thing to fail in the circuit.
