Introduction

We built this industrial fan heater for the plant floor—the kind of place where you need heat that hits the mark, fast, without taking up a ton of room.
It pairs a shortwave halogen lamp with a direct-drive fan, all packed into a compact housing. The whole idea? Get heat where you need it, almost instantly, and wire it in without tearing your panel apart.

Technical Deep-Dive

It runs on 400V and puts out 2500W through a 300mm tube. That voltage keeps the current draw low, so you can run longer cables without having to oversize the wiring.
The 300mm length gives you a tight thermal footprint—perfect for those tight corners on packaging lines, conveyors, and process equipment. The fan pulls air across the hot zone, so you get even warmth instead of one blistering hot spot.
